Managing
Director
Lisa-Ann Joseph is the Managing Director of
Reputation Management Caribbean Ltd. – a Public Relations and
Crisis Communications Agency. A Caribbean seasoned practitioner
in Public Relations,Media Training and Crisis Communications.
Lisa-Ann is known for her aggressive, results- focused
orientation, and has close working relationships with members of
the media, influencers and decision makers throughout the
Caribbean.
She has developed and managed the marketing strategies and
execution for the Fifth Summit of the Americas 2009 and the
Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) 2009.
Previously she was Communications Manager with the global energy
giant BP Trinidad and Tobago (bpTT), responsible for the
company's local and international media relations and employee
engagement programmes. She also served as Crisis Communications
Advisor for bpTT. Prior to this she was at the helm of public
affairs and marketing communications and was spokesperson for
Coca-Cola International for fifteen (15) countries in the
Caribbean. Joseph also managed group corporate communications
for the Caribbean cement giant – TCL Group of Companies and in
earlier days- Corporate Communications Manager of the indigenous
national Bank, First Citizens. In her formative professional
years, Lisa-Ann 'cut her teeth' at the Family Planning
Association, a vibrant NGO with regional and international
links.
As part of her professional associations, Lisa-Ann had the
honour of leading the Public Relations Association of Trinidad
and Tobago (PRATT) for two consecutive terms as President and
served as National Council Chair for the Caribbean for the
International Public Relations Association (IPRA) for two
consecutive years. Both associations she continues to serve as
advisor and member respectively. She is also Chairman of the
Local Organizing Committee for the Men Junior Pan American
Hockey Federation Junior World Cup Qualifier to be held in
Trinidad and Tobago in October 2008.
